Writing Workshop Series (Pt. 1): "Heal the World" Blackgirls Storying Environmental Change
This month's workshop series provides girls with opportunity to respond to environmental inequities through creative writing and performance. Through their choice of poetry, song writing or storytelling they will distinguish an environmental issue and publicly petition for change.

About the Event
This virtual writing workshop series will occur on April 13th and 27th, from 6-7pm.
Be sure to RSVP for BOTH sessions.
Time will be spent brainstorming, researching, planning, writing, speaking and peer review. Sessions are designed provide girls practice developing their ideas through written and spoken formats. Writing will be cumulative across sessions, and will end with an informal presentation of their work during the 27th session.
