Este es mi Mexico: Celebrating and Illustrating Independence

Este es mi México is an annual children's drawing contest that commemorates Mexico's independence. Now in its 25th year, the contest is open to children ages 6-14 who draw or paint their interpretation on this year's theme: The Independence of Mexico. 12 winners will have their artwork placed in a traveling exhibition!  Art House teaching artist Tanya Gonzalez will host this class that shows young artists different media approaches to creating artwork, sparking inspiration for their context submissions (or just for fun).
